Return Policy

  • Return Timeframe: Customers can return products within a specified period, 14 days
  • Return Process: Customers may be instructed to contact customer service for return instructions or to use a specific return portal for initiating the return.

  • Refund or Exchange: Returns can result in a full refund, store credit, or exchange. 

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or an error was made in the order.

  • Any "Patched" Items: Any items containing a patch that encounters any sort of problem may be replaced. These items are not made by K9 Konnected and can only be warranted as such. The item will be returned to K9 Konnected, a new patch will be ironed on and fix free of charge. Items will not be fully replaced.
